First of all, THANK YOU for your wonderful documentation, support and these forums: they helped a lot so far. I am posting my question here so future generations of GFormers can use it for reference...

Regarding:
http://www.freeandequal.dreamhosters.com/volunteer/

I managed to get the text input boxes to take a larger font size, but had some trouble with the dropdowns and paragraph text. Until I figured out their containers... I'm including that code here because it was a bugger to figure out, and I want to make someone's life easier...

My question is, are there any other input fields I am missing that I just haven't spotted because they are not on my form?

Here's what I'm workin' with right now:

body .gform_wrapper input[type=text],
body .gform_wrapper input[type=url],
body .gform_wrapper input[type=email],
body .gform_wrapper input[type=tel],
body .gform_wrapper input[type=number],
body .gform_wrapper input[type=number],
body .gform_wrapper input[type=password],
body .gform_wrapper .gform_body .gform_fields .gfield textarea,
body .gform_wrapper .gform_body .gform_fields .gfield select,
	font-size: 13px;
	font-family: inherit;
        margin-bottom: 1px;
}

Am I good?

Hi

I read many posts in this forum and still cannot edit style for the error messeges.
It's very important and so i'll be very happy if you could help me and i can stay loyal to gravity forms.

i have a child theme. and the css from there is working great. but can't edit any styling for the error messages.
the css output is "off" at the settings of gravity forms admin.
no code from other posts works.

i just want to make the error messeges red. how?

the page:
http://rav.harabanut.co.il/%D7%A2%D7%9E%D7%95%D7%93-%D7%9C%D7%91%D7%93%D7%99%D7%A7%D7%94/

i'm trying serveral forms. i hope i could stay with gravity forms. this is the top form (in the sidebar).

For something like that, you would need to hire a designer/developer with CSS knowledge to carry out the code required to do so with your currently selected theme. We have a job board available on this forum to post such a request.

Thanks Richard.

I would like to tailor the form to look like the form at the bottom of this webpage:

http://homesandlandarizona.com/buyer-services/

I like how the boxes are outlined and also the arrows below the boxes indicating what kind of information to fill in the box.

You would style the form using CSS, I would suggest you take a look at the design and layout documentation to beign with, there are also links to other more general CSS info part way down the other resources page.

If you need further assistance, provide a link to a page containing the form in question and a more detailed explanation of what you want to do then we can take a look and provide more tailored guidance.

Regards,

I just purchased this plugin and have installed it. My forms are very generic looking on my site I am working on now; however, my gravity forms from another completed site have nice styling added to them. How would I go about changing this?

Hi,

Try adding the following to your theme's stylesheet

.gform_wrapper .ginput_complex .ginput_right {
    clear: left;
    float: left;
}

the only caveat is that as it is the above will also affect similar field types such as the email field with confirmation, if you only want to affect the password field then you would have to add a custom CSS class name to the fields advanced tab and to the rule like so

.gform_wrapper .my_custom_class .ginput_complex .ginput_right {
    clear: left;
    float: left;
}

Regards,
Richard

Hi
The password field is side-by-side by default.

I would like to stack it so it's on top of each other. Is this possible?

For example, instead of:

create a pw: confirm your pw:

it should be:

create a pw:
confirm your pw:
