Hi,

I have everything set up and it seems to be working beautifully.
My question is just because I'm not sure, let me explain.
I have set up an authorize.net feed as a subscription ($6/month for the next 12 month).
When a user signs up, I see the $6 charge in my authorize.net account but in the transaction details it says: "Recurring Billing Transaction:	N"
Additionally, there's an option in the transaction details to "Create ARB Subscription from Transaction".
I just want to make sure that my subscription feed is set up properly even though in the authorize.net transaction details it doesn't appear to be getting these transactions as ARB.

Thanks again for a WONDERFUL plugin.

I understand that in order to do a subscription and fixed cost that I will need to set the trial period for 1 month and enter in the total amount in the Trial Amount. This way it will pull the recurring amount and charge my customer for an initial payment.

My question is, can I pull the total amount of the form into the Trial Amount box? This way I can have optional add-ons and the customer will be billed accordingly.

I'm creating a directory-based site that utilizes multisite/directores. I plan on using GF for user registration and recurring billing via my authorize.net account.

I have 3 plans:
Monthly
3 Months
6 Months

If a user selects monthly, but cancels their subscription after a month or 2, what happens to their account? Does it get deleted? I'm trying to see if I can create a hook that looks to see if user still exists, if it does then display listing.

Something along those lines but I need to know what happens if they don't pay or it expires.

thank you

Hi there,

I have the dveloper license and I need to build the following form with my woocommerce extension:

With the gravity forms, is it possible to do the following workflow for the order:
1. Choose by customer if he has a dog or cat
2. Enter some infos for dog or cat
3. If neccessary add more cats or dogs to the order (by clicking a button under step 2 like "+ add another dog" "+add another cat") and then the neccessary fields appear under the already filled out ones (step 2 with the infos) Endless adding of more cats & dogs possible
4. Choose subscription level 1, 3 or 6 month
5. Make payment by wirecard (make sure, if more dogs or cats are added, the price is changed and also seen in the backend)
6. Subscription is sucessfully entered in the backend

Hope you understand what I mean ;)

Best regards and thx in advance,

I have GF creating user accounts and amending their roles to provide greater access and all of this happens nicely once they have input their payment details (with a recurring payment being setup behind the scenes). I can also see that should PayPal be unable to take payment the IPN will update our site. However, some questions on this:

1) When the IPN notifies Wordpress what is the default behaviour? Is the user cancelled or perhaps their role demoted? Where is this configured?

2) If the user wishes to cancel I can accomodate this with a user update form demoting their role. How does PayPal find out about this change so it knows to stop taking payments? Is it handled by the IPN? My understanding is that this is simply one-way. Perhaps this isn't automatic and we will need to manually cancel the recurring payment profile in PayPal?

I'm having an issue with "other" amounts. I created a radio button field with pre-defined amounts for donations -- $10, $20, $30, and Other. When the other is checked, I used conditional logic to show a product field that allows for user defined pricing.

The problem comes in when someone selects the Other amount using subscriptions. (I actually have four feeds: one time donation, monthly donation, quarterly donation, and yearly donation.) The feeds are tied to radio button donation amount. It seems like if I want the other, user-defined price field, with a subscription, I may need an additional set of feeds for that?

Is anyone else using a simpler method for "other" donation amounts?

-Peter

(Bonus points for this answer: How can I populate that user-defined amount in the notification email?)

The form can be found at http://www.cvsolutions.org/make-a-donation/

Can you create an order form that has a set-up cost (initial payment) and also a recurring (subscription) payment.

eg. $110 set-up cost (which is actually $60 set-up cost + $50 first month) and $50 per month there after.

Total: $110.00
+ $50.00 p/m after

Hello,

I am creating a form using Gravity Forms in a WooCommerce site. I need the form to calculate two prices: 1. the price for the deposit (based on options the users pick). 2. the price of the subscription per month (based on different selections). Whenever I add options they are added to the total fee rather than it showing a deposit price plus monthly subscription fee.

How do I do this inside one form and then pass the data to WooCommerce for checkout?

Thank you!

I am trying to setup two different payment methods and I can't figure it out. I want to offer a monthly payment option of $49.99 per month and another option of $479.88 per year. Right now if a user selects either option they get charged that amount every month. How do I have the $49.99 charge setup for recurring on a monthly basis and the 479.88 on an annual recurring basis?

How do I recreate the simple newsletter signup that is on the bottom of the GF homepage?
(I'm using Aweber but the Aweber add-on doesn't seem to do this)

Thank you!
