These offers are getting matched to the websites users based on their jobtitles and interests. All offers are build as modified Wordpress posts and all have at least one ”call to action”.<br /> <a href="http://i40.tinypic.com/2wovr55.png" rel="nofollow">Link to a screenshot of an offer</a><br /> Here is a list of our current "call to actions"</p> <ul> <li>Call me</li> <li>I wish to have a meeting</li> <li>Buy product</li> <li>Sign me up</li> <li>Sign me up for newsletter</li> <li>Sign me up for workshop</li> <li>Send me more material</li> <li>Send me tickets</li> </ul> <p>When a new offer is created any or multiple options from the above list needs to be accessible depending on what the advertiser wants for his offer. I was thinking if it was possible to make these "Call to actions" selectable from a checkbox- or radiolist in each post/offer. (Maybe via a custom taxonomy)</p> <p>I am already populating usermeta data on the gravity form hidden fields to get the users information. I cant seem to find a way that the customer can select what types of checkboxes/radios that are available for this specific post/offer without having to create combinations of all of the ”call to action” types. I set the custom post type in the post name field then add a number of dropdowns populated by taxonomy - However, I am having major problems getting the form to save! </p> <p>One of three things happens:<br /> 1. GF pops up with a message saying that there was an error saving the form<br /> 2. The taxonomy population fields disappear or don't appear in the form<br /> 3. Clicking 'update form' button goes to 'server not responding' screen.</p> <p>Does anyone know why this might be happening? Could it be a GF bug or the add-on. Perhaps (and I wouldn't be surprised) am I missing something or doing something wrong?!</p> <p>Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Users will be able to select a taxonomy but I do not want them to see the 'featured' of 'home page' taxonomy in the form. So, is it possible to hide them from the list?<br /> I selected a checkbox and filled it with the taxonomy. When populating a multi-select field with a taxonomy, I am able to select one after another, the terms are shown in the UI as separate "tags".</p> <p>However, saving the form only saves the first selected term, the other terms are lost.<br /> Using the text input field with enhanced UI on the same taxonomy surprisingly works as expected (I use an additional text input field for the "add new" function of my custom taxonomy).</p> <p>Am I missing a setting or something? The forms are essentially the same, except one allows free registration and the other drives registrants via Paypal (we are using the GF Paypal add-on) before the post type entry is created. The forms contain multiple taxonomies, which are set up in the form, and populated via this code... <a href="https://gist.github.com/anonymous/5058088" rel="nofollow">Gist Code</a>.</p> <p>When the free form is used, the taxonomies are populated correctly when the custom post type entry is added. However, when we go via Paypal all the other custom post type entries are populated except the custom taxonomies.</p> <p>I have a feeling that between Paypal and the website these are being dropped somewhere.
