I'm NOT using the Gravity Forms CSS and need to hide the "This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged." message, however, it appears to use the CSS class "gfield_description" which is also used by other elements that I don't want to hide.

Hello,

In inspecting the HTML of one my landing pages with a GF, I noticed several hanging tags within the GF form code. So far it's not causing a functional issue, but the HTML won't validate.

If you look at the HTML of the following page, you'll see several hanging closing P tags towards the bottom of the GForm. If you view source with FireFox, it highlights the hanging tags to make them stand out.

http://www.ultralevel.com/2013-vdi-blocks

I have tested the same form on different WP sites and with different themes / plugins. The form output is the same.
I look forward to gaining some insight on this.

Thanks!

Hi!
I'm using a multi page form for the order process of domain and web hosting package solutions.
The form is working nicely but I'd like my themes default buttons to override the pagination buttons. The submit button inherits my themes button CSS but not the next/previous buttons?

What would be the best way to do this?
I'm using the WP theme "Flare", by the way: http://themeforest.net/item/flare-responsive-business-portfolio-wp-theme/1969512

Hey guys,
I have a one-page scrolling theme where I embedded a Gravity Form. When submitted through the site, I receive the form data but the user does not see a confirmation message. I've also used the page redirect option and it doesn't work either.

However, when I submit the form via the Gravity Forms preview option, everything works fine.

The theme i'm using is (http://themeforest.net/item/spark-responsive-onepage-html5-wordpress-theme/2372522/.

Dear GF,

Having read all the contented user reviews and received very helpful advice pre-purchase I was looking forward to creating the first GF forms for my site today.

Unfortunately the Form Editor does not appear to work.

I installed GF Business Licence v1.6.12 onto WP v3.5.1 yesterday evening and have spent all afternoon today trying to fathom why the Form Editor failed to add any Field from the Accordion menu.

I also had it tested it on a totally different, unconnected machine, by an independent user in case I was repeating the same mistakes or it was a machine OS problem. Still no joy :-(

I am not using Woocommerce or indeed any form of ecommerce Plugin. In fact my site is very basic and all I wanted to create initially was a simple contact details form in return for a redirect to a download page.

Please HELP as from everything I've read about your GF s/w has (so far) convinced me that this is a perfect Plug In for all my current and future Form needs.

BRGDS,
(can't add a form extension as I can't create my first one yet!)

Hi there, i am having an issue with the bottom of the submit button (<div class="gform_footer top_label">) all of the hidden Ajax labels are leaving a 350px vertical blank space under my form which doesn't look good when i am putting content under it (to much blank space).
Please advise, Thanks

Hi,

I use this shortcode to display a poll on a WP page:

[php]
[gravityform action="polls" id="25" mode="poll" style="red" show_results_link="true" display_results="true" percentages="true" counts="true"]

All looks good until I hit the "Show results" button. When the page reloads the whole page is suddenly scrambled with content displaced all over the page. I've found it's due to a missing
</div>
. If I place one after the shortcode the page looks better:

[php]
[gravityform action="polls" id="25" mode="poll" style="red" show_results_link="true" display_results="true" percentages="true" counts="true"]</div>

But now the side menu on the page disappears! I'm using a theme (Modernize) on top of WP. This is probably the problem. But what to do?

I also have problem with the GF widget that uses the unordered list (
<ul>
) code from the theme's css, which looks bad.

Regards
Johan

Hello,

I'm creating an order form including credit card input section.
But when I let the form display, some fields, especially credit card input section, are displayed broken
http://wisteriawine.com/shippinginformation2

Examples:
1. Input field for "Zip / Postal Code" is displayed half line below.
2. Input fields for "Card Number", "Expiration Date" and "Security Code" are displayed at the left side of the dot lined box.+ Input field for "Cardholder Name" is hidden within the dot lined box.
3. "I am more than 20 years old..." is displayed single line below.

How can I fix these layouts? I would appreciate it if you would give me concrete instructions.
I'm not so familiar with CSS style sheet. I understand the basics of CSS, but don't have enough knowledge to fix this issue.

When I let the form display with the preview mode, it isn't displayed broken. But when I integrate the form with existing customized theme, it's displayed broken.

When I set the CSS off from [Forms]->[Settings]->Select "No" at the "Output CSS" the form isn't displayed broken.(But at the same time, icons like "AMEX", "VISA" disappear.)

I think this issue has something to do with CSS settings, but I don't know how and from where I fix this issue.

What I did:
I added to the wrapper below at the last part of the "wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/css/forms.css"
and tried to fix the layout. but I couldn't. (Maybe I just don't know what values I should set. At lease I set "width: auto;", but it didn't display like what I wanted.)

body .gform_wrapper .gform_body .gform_fields #field_2_1.gfield .ginput_container {
border: 1px solid red;
}

(I also don't understand to where I should put the my CSS codes. I put the code "l/wp-content/themes/wisteriawine/style.css" first, but it didn't work at all. So I added temporarily my CSS codes at the end of the "wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/css/forms.css", which you are not supposed to do, (,because the changes will be overwritten when auto-updates..)

The "wisteriawine" is a folder for customized theme, I assume, a customized .css is probably applied in the form page now, but I couldn’t determine, which one was the target css. (When I let the HTML source codes of http://wisteriawine.com/shippinginformation2, lots of xxx.css files are displayed. But I couldn’t find which was the one I was looking for. At least I found there wasn’t "l/wp-content/themes/wisteriawine/style.css"…)

[Miscellaneous]
-	I tried to fix this issue by referring the instructions below, but I couldn’t fix it.
http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/CSS_Targeting_Samples

[Basic information]
Browser: I use Chrome, IE.
Gravity Forms v1.6.11

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks!
