I'm having an issue getting the form to submit:

http://scottlasserbooks.com/contact/

I've installed this like I have previously, but it is not working. I do not get a confirmation message, warning that I didn't fill out fields, nor does it submit either to email or the entries section in the backend. I've already followed the steps of deactivating theme, activating 2010 and testing. I also deactivated all plugins and still get the same results.

Your help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thank you,

I created a form with a date field but the days in the calendar do not display correctly. After some playing around I discovered if I disable my Mailchimp plugin it works correctly. They both use the date picker function I believe so I'm not sure if that's the problem or there is a CSS problem. Here is the link http://sitdoggie.com/contact-sit-doggie/appointment/

Not sure what Gravity form CSS class to use to override any MailChimp classes ?

Hi! I've just recently upgraded my Gravity Forms, but in doing so, I went ahead and moved up from Business to Developer package to get the add ons. When I try to install the plugin in my Wordpress dashboard (I already have the 'old' gravityforms there), it says the destination directory already exists and the install failed. I don't really want to delete that folder because I'm afraid that would delete all my forms.

So how do I upgrade if I've also updated the package I purchased?
Thanks!
Sherice

I recently upgraded to 1.7.5 and seem to have lost a whole bunch of data.
All of my form fields are gone, and entries are mostly blank.
I've disabled all other plugins and made this video:

I am upgrading a Network site and am getting a strange error. Let me give you a quick idea of the setup:

I copied live production DB locally, then updated all code to most current. DB domain mapping was changed manually.

Without going into terrible detail, here is the problem:

I go to a site, and my Gravity Forms Widget says: "Oops we can not find your form". I then go to the Dashboard of that site, nowhere else, then back to the homepage, and it displays without any problems.

What would change by simply going to the Dashboard? This problem happens on all of the sites.

We run a WordPress Network, with Gravityforms.
Just updated today to 1.7.1.
But all forms are shown as : "Form not found". When we go to the Gravity Forms admin of a site, the forms for that site will work again.
But we host over 60 sites, so to visit 60 admin panels it's quite a heavy work. Anyone a fix?

There seems to be a bug when upgrading somewhere between Gravity Forms versions 1.6.12 and 1.7.2 where the settings for Notifications are not properly converted over.

I had just launched a website and everything functioning properly when I tested the forms. Shortly after, I upgraded Gravity Forms from 1.6.12 to 1.7.2 when I noticed I was not receiving my test submissions through forms. I looked at the Notification settings and saw that fields were empty or contained incorrect values where they were fine before.

I tested another website I have been working on at the same time on a development domain and came across the same issue. This time I took screenshots...

This screenshot illustrates the previous version of Gravity Forms I was using (1.6.12) and the version I upgraded it to (1.7.2): http://imgur.com/a/0z7i6#fjSgR8w

Here are the settings for the Calendar form before upgrading: http://imgur.com/a/0z7i6#jWLjxfx
...and after: http://imgur.com/a/0z7i6#p3Ok7VS

Here are the settings for the RG form before upgrading: http://imgur.com/a/0z7i6#gigZgD5
...and after: http://imgur.com/a/0z7i6#FVNIkvl

The forms tested fine before upgrading, and nothing else was changed after upgrading. I am running the latest versions of WordPress and Genesis.

I do not require support. I just wanted to raise an alert about this issue since it could be quite detrimental to users if it is not caught.

Hello,

I recently upgraded to the latest GF version and when using the GF STRIPE payment plugin, something happens to the form... the pricing form fields are not editable. It is only after disabling the STRIPE payment plugin that form fields work as designed.

Is anyone aware of this conflict and / or is there a solution available to use these 2 plugins together?

thanks,

since upgrade to 1.7.2 yesterday,I am having a problem with my credit card payment form. I don't have any addons with it other than salesforce API addon and CF7 importer (both up to date).
In the form builder i have:
a user contributed price field,
a 2% surcharge field that auto calculates in inputs the surcharge,
and a total price field that adds the 2 previous fields together. (all product fields)
I then have a hidden field that sends the order to our credit card merchant. (number field).
on the website, these all work as they should (user puts in a price, the 2% is calculated and shows, and the total is calculated and shows), however in the backend, in both the entries and in the notification email that is sent, the total field does not add the surcharge (even though it does in the webpage) and the hidden field is only coming through with a value of 0. all of the calculations are correct, and it should work. I had a php guy (the person who intergrated the form with our merchant) look over it, and he cannot find any error either, and has also concluded that it is a problem with the update...
any thoughts?

I have the latest update of WP (currently 3.5.1)
hopefully that is enough info at least to start.
