Has anyone attempted or found a nice method for bulk image uploading with Gravity Forms?

For example, I would like to improve this form with a single area for images uploads: http://www.barbadospropertylist.com/add-a-listing/

For a client who has jobboard I use the attachement to upload resume's to the specified directory..
nice 'n all but his webspace is cluttering up in no time, it would be nice if there was a way to manage the uploads that we recieve with GF.. and it seems there's no way to delete the files without ftp access

I have an upload field in my form. In Notifications, when I enter in the {all_fields} I get a a box with a link to the uploaded file and only the last part of the filename (i.e. Document.pdf). But, when I use the merge tag {Upload:[field_id]} I get the full URL (i.e. http://www.site.com/uploads/gravity_forms/Document.pdf) with the same link. Is there any way to show this first version, with just the uploaded documents file name without the full URL using a merge tag?

I'm looking to have a form on a website I'm building and want to know if GF offers the features I need:

- File Upload to server, not file attachment in email
- progress bar or any kind of indicator that it's working, for file uploads

And possibly:

- Selectable drop down in form for company contact which sends to the appropriate email address

Hope that gets across what I'm trying to do. Thanks.

Hello I am interested in possibly purchasing a Gravity Forms license, however the file upload is one of the key components I am looking for. I tried to view how it works in the demo, but it says that it is disabled in the demo. Can I please get some more information about this feature and how it works?

Thank you

Issue:
I have read alot on how to have your files renamed by inserting code in the functions PHP file. I am creating about 10 different forms that will allow a user to upload multiple images in each one. Is there a way that the code snipped floating around can be made so that any file in any form ID will be renamed with the field ID and username...something to that nature. I am implementing this now and my partners are not happy about the file name structure. The code seems to be Form and Field ID specific. I would like all fields and forms to have the files renamed to a standard I chose.

Thank you very much for your time!!!! this is the only hurdle I see so far.

I have a few questions:

1) How many file uploads can i have in one form? Do i have a limit?

2) Where are those files stored, files uploaded by user?

3) Can i set a limit to the file upload size the user can upload?

4) How will i see the files? And to avoid problems can i limit the type of files the upload field will accept, like .gif file and a .jpg file or a video files?

Last question... Does this plugin support forms with conditional logic?

I searched for this since it must be a simple solution that I am missing. I stopped using Image Metadata on images since they don't show on the front end on my sites.

Any tips on how to fix this?

Thanks so much, Nancy

I have a form created in Gravity Forms with a file upload for a CV. Most of the time this works great, and I can click on the link in the backend or in the notification email to download the file. For some files that are uploaded with encoding for spaces, the link takes me to a filepath like follows:

eg. website.com/wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/1-31a61026fe30a7630418b37f2537a40b/2012/07/Ali%2520Hadi%2520resume%5B1%5D11.doc

However this returns a 404 error.

When I navigate to the file in an FTP browser, I can verify the filename is Ali%2520Hadi%2520resume%5B1%5D11.doc which matches the filename in the URL, however when I grab the path to the file from my FTP browser, I get:

website.com/wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/1-31a61026fe30a7630418b37f2537a40b/2012/07/Ali%252520Hadi%252520resume%255B1%255D11.doc

Notice the extra 25 in 2520 to make it 252520. This link actually works, however Gravity Forms isn't using this link.

Is this a bug with a system or something that can be easily corrected with an .htaccess file?

I see there there are a few other people that have experienced this issue but so far i can't find a solution.

When someone uploads a file - lets call it "test_resume.pdf" - it uploads fine and when viewing entries in the backend, i'm able to view that file by clicking on it's link.

However if the file uploaded is titled "test resume.pdf" the file gets uploaded, but the link is returned as "test%20resume.pdf" and the link takes me to a 404 page in my site. Is there a fix for this issue? Also, for the time being, what would be the correct url to one of these affected files. I've tried changing the url to reflect the actual filename (eg, changing test%20resume.pdf to test resume.pdf) but that doesn't seem to work. Is there a method of having GF rename the file appropriately?

Thanks for you help, sorry if this is redundant.
