Hello,

I have a paginated form to allow customers to add embroidery and printing to a garment, I need to set up an individual form for each set of garments (for example a polo shirt) which is fine. I also purchase the image swatches plug-in to allow different colours for each individual product, however when you go to page 2 of the Gravity Form it resets the variables back to default.

Firstly: Is there any way to make these two aspects work together? As I don't want to have to set up a Gravity Form for each individual product just to allow for the colour and size differences.

If not, does anybody have any recommendations?

Secondly: As there will be various sizes such as S, M, L - I need to set something up where quantity and size are combined so the customer can type 10 for small, 20 for medium or whatever. I added the quantity option on Gravity Forms and set a 'Small' base price as £10 as an example, however really it needs to get the base price from the individual product, to avoid again creating an individual form for each product, is there anyway to pull this information?

Many thanks!
John

Dear Gravity Help,

Is it possible to refer to the real product price in the form (fields)?
I'm creating a webshop for floors. In which 1 floor (for example) is €15 p/m2.

In a Gravity form I would like to add:
- {Number}... And I would like to calculate that: Input of {number} * real product price (€15,-).

Thanks in advance,

Danny Marquering

I run gravity forms in easy fancybox and have a the same form running a few times on the same pages.

All of which was working great.

added w3 total cache and still all working great.

All of the sudden noticed submissions were off, tried the form and it takes forever to submit. Minutes.

Ran all of the tests mentioned in the forums. Knocked out all plugins — only had 4 running anyway, G xml sitemaps, thesis openhook, easy fancybox and W3.

Tried submitting the form within the form preview with all plugins off and it still lagged.

I am hosting with dreamhost and have contacted support to which they have replied all looks normal on their end.

Forms are here with easy fancybox
http://e-wastegone.com/

Here is a standalone form
http://e-wastegone.com/contact-us/

Exported my form and emailed you my xml file Chris.

I also have moved the file to another install on a different server (same webhost though - dreamhost) and it lagged there as well.

Built a new form and tried that to no avail.

Completely un-installed and re-installed gravity to no avail.

Please Help!

Hi,
i'm using gravity form in my site to calculate the price of the prints i made based on various choices.
The principal choice is the dimension.
I noticed that if i try to use decimal ( for example 34,5 cm ) the number it's recognised as 345.
Even if i use the . instead of the comma.
Is there something i can do?

Hello, my site is ecommerce oriented and my theme uses wordpress custom fields to put prices for every product shown in the site.

Is there a way to dinamically populate GF price field with wordpress custom field (price)?

Here you can see the prices: http://goo.gl/R0eiC

And here you can see the GF with pricing field: http://fantastico.pe/tours/paracas-ica/

Thank you

I've searched the forums and documentation and can't find a straight forward method to do this.

I have four products, each with a separate price. All I want is a simple form that would allow the user to select any one of the products, or 2, or 3, or all of them by checking a box next to the product. The product field has a quantity option, and this can be filled in by the user for a quantity of 1 to select the product. But my products would never have a quantity of greater than one. So I don't really want to use the quantity function on the product field because it doesn't make sense in my case. It would seem to me that the product field would have an option for a checkbox?

How can checkboxes be used in this case? How would it be set up? I'm lost...

Starting to lose my mind a bit on this one. I have a simple quote calculator form which adds up a total cost based on the options selected.

Upon submission of the form this total is then displayed along with a number of other merge tags in the confirmation message and by confirmation email.

For some strange reason it works perfectly in Chrome but the {Total:30} merge tage displays no figure in IE or Firefox. This field is also blank in the email confirmation if the form is submitted on these browsers. No other merge tag is effected this is the only one.

I need a merge tag that allows me to pass along the TEXT for the selected option in a dropdown, but can't find anything in the documentation.

:value returns the selected options value attribute, :label returns the <label>, but there doesn't seem to be a :text or :content merge tag option.

In my case, the option's value attribute is a WordPress post slug that would be meaningless to the person receiving the email, but necessary to have the field auto-populate via querystring. The selected <option>'s text, however, is relevant... and I need to ensure that it is included in the email.

I have 2 small shaded boxes above and below the form which just take up space and look odd. The first one seems to be
<p><code> </code></p>

The second one includes some code starting with
<a id="gf_2" class="gform_anchor" name="gf_2"></a>

How can I hide these?
