At first I thought it was because a text confirmation (rather than a page confirmation) was being used. But changing that did not help.</p> <p>Then I thought it had to do with the fact that the form resides in a widget was the problem. But, loaded the form onto a page content area, and still no luck.</p> <p>Finally, I created a new form, and it worked.
