I'm running the latest versions of WP and Gravity Forms, but there is no option to enable User notifications in any of the Gravity Forms screens on my installation like I see in screenshots here on the Support site.

By default each of my forms does have an Admin Notification, and I have an option to create a New Notification, but there's no designation Admin/User associated with that. Is that the way it's supposed to be?

I have 4 forms on my website for each package. One of my forms is not sending a notification but all the others are. All the forms are setup the same in the notifications tab except for the "Send email to" field in which all four forms go to different email addresses.

I've checked the email by sending emails from it, and by sending emails to it in both cases it works. It's not sending from the wordpress site to the email listed in the "send email to" nor is it sending a confirmation email to the "user"

-EDIT-
As per looking at another thread I did try to view the entry (which shows up perfectly) and then I tried to "resend notification" and it instantly worked.

Wont be able to send the site over as form is inside a membership area (complicated)

Hello,

I'm sending a notification emails to users after they registered or if they have updated their information.

I'm using {all_fields} merge tag, however, it doesn't include the password field. How can I include the password field into the grid? I'm planning to disable the native WP wp_new_user_notification() function.

Many thanks,
Dasha

I may be interested in purchasing Gravity Forms if it has the features I require. I have tried the demo and read through the feature list and it looks like it is close but I'm not sure if it has what I need.

I simply need the messages sent in the contact form to be added to a queue. Then, on the back end I need to be capable of manually approve messages in the queue. Once approved, each message will be sent out to a list of about 25 recipients, without email confirmation. Is your product capable of doing this?

It looks like this may be possible using a send to administrators option but that looks like it would require confirmation.

Hi,

I have a form which uses the paypal add-on plugin

All works great and the user receives a notification email when they fill the form out,

The form has 3 options, 2 of which when selected work for the user notification.

However, if "pay online" is selected, the paypal add-on pugin directs the user to paypal, but I also need to send the user a notification email.

Probably a dumb question but I cannot see where or how to do it???

Thank you!
Graham

Will GF allow a confirmation to the user submitting the form that includes all the data they just entered - either in the email or as an attachment?

If so, is this in an add-on or in the base install of GF?

It appears when adding a note to a submitted form and selecting "Also email this note to" option, it's using the email from WordPress General Settings as the 'from' email address.

Is there a way to specify a different email address or, at the least, use the 'from email' I have specified in the Notification to User setting?

Hi

Not sure if this is beyond the scope of Gravity Forms (if so please let me know).

I would like to make some special offers available to my website visitors upon submitting their name and email address.

But to stop them adding fake/junk details, I would like to send them a link to the offer, to their email address.

I don't want to simply redirect them, otherwise the user could just go straight to the page and get the offer details (without me capturing their email).

Is this possible?

Hi,
I'm trying to add into the email notification sent by the confirmation of my form to include the Paypal Transaction ID as part of the text, so I can put together a link that includes the Paypal transaction ID.
I've looked at the list of fields in the Message Inset form field and there's nothing related to the Paypal transaction.
Is that possible?

Or would the only way be to create a hook that triggers after the confirmation to send an email that I put together manually? If so, how would I be able to put {all_fields} and to make sure it fills up all the information so that I don't have to manually fetch all the information about the submission?

I've configured Paypal configuration to "Send admin notification only when payment is received.".
I'm running Wordpress with GravityForms and Paypal Addon.

Thanks.

Looking for someone who has customized the user notification email to look like an order receipt.

html email with logo/header
body would contain their paypal info and transaction id
and some general text after that.

Looking to see any examples, if possible.
Thanks,
