This isn't a plugin conflict. It's a PHP memory issue. Your site does not have enough available PHP memory to allow both GD Star Rating and Gravity Forms to activated at the same time. You need to increase your available PHP memory.

Just like desktop apps, the more plugins you run and the more complex the plugins (and your theme), the more PHP memory your site requires.

Here is a tutorial on how to increase your PHP memory:

http://www.nerdgrind.com/increase-wordpress-and-php-memory-limit/

Hi, I have a problem using Gravity Forms with GD Star Rating (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gd-star-rating/). I don't know if is a problem in Gravity or GD Star Ratings. When I have both plugins Activated, When I try to edit any Form I see the massege below:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 87 bytes) in /home/storage/9/5f/cb/generoseetnias/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3096

When I turn GD Star Rating OFF Gravity Forms works normally. And in both cases GD Star Rating works fine......

Any clue??

Thanks
