I put field labels on the first two radio lists, but deleted them from subsequent ones to get the column title look.</p> <p>The problem is I'm not able to decipher what answer goes to what question once the data is submitted. I thought removing the field labels but designating Admin labels would take care of this, but it doesn't show up this way in the email.</p> <p>Is there a better way to achieve this look and have the survey answers be properly organized and labeled?</p> <p>Thank you for your help! </p>
