Third party service integration is currently possible using Gravity Forms' hooks and a few lines of PHP code. In the near feature we will have an add-on that provides a more seamless integration with some email marketing providers such as MailChimp, Constant Contact and a few others.

It is possible to pre-populate fields based on a user's previous entry, but again, that would have to be programmed via a hook.

Hello..

This is a great plug in. I was curious if you could send post information to a 3rd party email marketing company? We have a handful of clients who would like to use this plug in for email newsletter subscriptions. I know Mailchimp and others have this, but they are very limited. This plug it would be great if you could hook into there API so they could market to there client/membership. Also, are you able to prepopulate info when people come back to a site based on their previous choices?
