There is a BCC on the Admin Notification. So you could use the BCC to send yourself a copy. Same with the User Notification. You can make use of the BCC field to make sure you receive a copy of the email while the Send To goes to the 3rd party.

Well that's nifty, but the thing is we would like, as the admins, to also receive a copy of the notification AS WELL AS a third party. Using the client notification does not work since it only allows the email to be sent to the e-mail address used when filling out the form...

Gravity Forms has 2 notifications, the admin notification and the user notification. If you wanted to use the User Notification you could configure it to go to the 3rd party for fulfillment. It's entirely up to you.

I would actually suggest using the Admin Notification to send to the 3rd party. It has a Routing feature on the Send To that you could use to configure where it should be sent. Then just customize the message so it only includes the information you want to include.

Hi there,

We use 3rd parties for 90% of our order fulfilment, and love gravity forms. However, there is no need for them to have ALL our customer's to fulfill the orders, only the bits that applies to them.

Is it possible to add a "3rd party" or "Department" notification function so that those within our company, or those who deal with fulfilment, can only be sent the entries of the form that apply to them???

Even if it were a hack to the "customer notification" function that would be fine. We have Gravity Forms integrated with Cart66 which will send the customer notification anyway so that' not needed on our machine.
