<description>&#60;p&#62;I have a wordpress site that I am customizing on a local server. The gravity forms were working perfectly and then all of a sudden when I tried creating a new page with a gform, everything stopped working. All plugins crashed and were removed from the server. I now only have akismet and gforms installed as plugins and only gforms is active. The forms load fine in the editor and form preview, but all pages that I add the forms to end up returning a 404 Not Found error. Any thoughts on what may be causing the issue? Unfortunately I don't yet have the server to upload my code for viewing.
