I am getting a 500 error after clicking Submit on apparently every Gravity Form we have on our site. The Send To Email field only has one email address in it. The failure occurs in both Chrome and Firefox... haven't tested other browsers. Customers are complaining: I fear we'll have to yank Gravity Forms entirely unless we can fix this right away. It was hanging up for some reason as Dave has already mentioned.</p> <p>It looks like there's something there that's causing your error besides your form.. I think the page is simply timing out from time to time and that's your issue. I got a 500 error just loading the page.. not even having submitted the form.</p> <p>screenshot: <a href="http://grab.by/akMx" rel="nofollow">http://grab.by/akMx</a></p> <p>I see several scripts being loaded for a calendar and the Nextgen Gallery plugin that look like they're not even used for this page. There's also a lot of redundant inline styles for the table that are adding weight to the page. Those things could be part of your issue.</p> <p>You might want to optimize your markup and see if that helps. If not, you may want to talk to your hosting company and see what they can do to help out.</p> <p>EDIT: I tried checking out your hosting company and their site timed out as well.
