Could be a PHP memory issue, you could try to increase the memory limit:

I just installed Gravity Forms for the first time and I am getting a 500 internal server error whenever I visit one of my category landing pages. It only seems to occur when I visit the URL address, but not when I click to it from a link. After some testing I discovered it is conflicting with the W3 Total Cache plugin. I can't live without W3TC so I am hoping you can provide some suggestions on how to resolve this.

I am running WP 3.3.1, W3TC 0.9.2.4 and Gravity Forms 1.6.2.
