			<description>&#60;p&#62;Neither of these are currently options in Gravity Forms itself but can be done as a customizations.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;To change the background border color you'd have to apply some custom jQuery to change the border on focus.  I don't have any examples I can point you to.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;To move the field description you also have to use jQuery. 			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi there --&#60;br /&#62;
I've got a couple formatting questions that I cannot figure out the answer to...&#60;br /&#62;
1. I'd like to have the background 'frame' around a field change to a different color so the user knows where they are at. (See &#60;a href=&#34;https://secure.wufoo.com/signup/1/&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;https://secure.wufoo.com/signup/1/&#60;/a&#62; as an example... yellow background when the user is in the &#34;Email address&#34; field.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;2. I'd like to move the &#34;notes&#34; for a field above the data entry field, rather than below it.&#60;br /&#62;
So, i.e.,&#60;br /&#62;
   [ Question ]&#60;br /&#62;
   [ note ]&#60;br /&#62;
   [ field for data entry ]
