There is built-in support for routing in the form notification settings based on a drop down/radio/check box fields and is available for all license types.

One more quick question. Is it possiible to choose from 6 different people's email address when submitting the form.. to choose which person receives the form?

Can I do this with the personal edition?

You can create 40 products with no price, no payment processing, nothing, and submit a form, export CSV's to do reporting. It is all fairly easy to do and all built in. It can't manage inventory numbers on its own. You couldn't easily set stock for each of those products, but you could make a simplistic order form for within company orders.

Hello

I need a product order form, so that one department may order product from another department at no charge. I need to list about 40 items.. I don't want a price listed or counted, or seen.. I just need this form to be submitted with a quantity of each product in order to replenish inventory from within our small company.

I know Gravity Forms is feature rich, will it allow something this simple, simply?

Thanks!
