If the software can be automated or scripted, you could create a condition where after the form is submitted, you check the age, then return the results, and if the age is OK, then send the transaction to PayPal. Otherwise, give a message that age verification failed.</p> <p>I don't think I've ever completed a transaction at PayPal and NOT been charged.
