Labels are a feature we'd love to add to entries in the future. We also plan on introducing an Archiving feature in the future to archive old entries and move them to separate database tables entirely. But I can't give you an ETA on these changes at this type because until they are scheduled there is no estimated ETA.

What she could do right now is leverage the Read, Unread and Starred functionality. When viewing entries it defaults to All. But you can also view the Unread entries. So she can use the Red/Unread flag if she just wants to see the new entries.

But other than that, until we implement some sort of label system there is no way to do complex categorization of entries.

p.s. she is not interested in the export feature. she loves having everything stored right in the WP/GF database.

p.p.s. we love Gravity Forms!!

I have the exact same question as Brian did:
"Would be awesome to be able to apply entries to a label (like moving an email to a label in Gmail) and then archive them so they are not taking up space in the main entries list.."

For my client's registration form, she has many registrations coming in and different sales people working with the entries each day in the WP backend....would be so useful for them to be able to move leads out of the main entries list and into a different folder or storage space.

Is this possible?

Thanks,
Miriam
