There is an option for countries when you add a regular drop down to your form. I thought I could do this via the 'Enable Conditional Logic' checkbox but it doesn't give me a 'Country' option.</p> <p>My current form at <a href="http://www.cyclingpoland.com/book-cycling-holiday/" rel="nofollow">http://www.cyclingpoland.com/book-cycling-holiday/</a> doesn't have a payment option at all right now.
