Downloaded the icontact form, followed each step to register the app. Got this response from icontact "The application "iContact Gravity Forms Add-on" can now access your account, using the password you provided. "</p> <p>Figured I was good to go. Put my icontact username, app id and app username that I had just received during registration into place so I could save the settings and get to working on my form.</p> <p>Hit save and got the following message: "The application was not recognized. Possible reasons are: the API-AppId was entered incorrectly; the application is not registered for that user."</p> <p>So, as the gravity app suggested, I contacted icontact and they said there was nothing they could do, the problem was not on their end. Pretty much the exact same response I got from them every single time I attempted to make their damn sign up form code work on wordpress over the past 6 hours.</p> <p>So... if icontact says this app can now access icontact, but I can't get past this "app is not recognized...." message, what can I do next to take care of this problem? Supposedly I am to put the registration code under "Forms" which is to show up in the left column above "appearance". </p> <p>"Forms" has not showed up anywhere after activation. I have logged out, logged on, refreshed the page, uninstalled and re-installed, activated and deactivated. So all I can figure is I'm looking for "forms" in the wrong place. So I begin to go through all the menus that pop up as I hover through all the buttons along the left margin of my wordpress page. </p> <p>Still haven't found anywhere to put the registration code.</p> <p>Can anyone offer any help to this obvious newbie? </p>
