I think you want to check out the Advance Fields list option. This displays a plus button to the right of the field (or set of columns) that will add another row. When multiple rows exist, it will show a minus sign button as well to allow for removal of a row. I like this and I'm getting ready to use it on a form I'm working on today.

I am looking to have a set of fields have multiple rows. Something like a company form where a user can fill out company info like name, address phone, etc.... Then when it gets to employees have a few fields for employees like Name, Position, Salary, etc...

I need to find a way to make the employee field grow. Once they fill out info for 1 employee I need a button to add another row to fill out and then another. So it starts with 1 field for 1 employee but if they have 5 you could hit "Add Another" and a new set of employee fields.

Is there any way to accomplish this?
