I responded to your email. It appears that the Revolution Slider adds "visibility:none" to ul > li list items in the slider, which hides all the Gravity Forms inputs. I made a simple list and inserted a new slide into the slider, and that list is not displayed in the slider. I sent more detailed information in my email to you.

Is it possible to add a Gravity Form into a slider? I am currently using Revolution Slider http://codecanyon.net/item/slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin/2751380 but also open to another type of HTML5 slider if there is something that would work better??

I would like a simple form asking for name, email address, and phone. I have tried using the HTML code and inserting it into the slider but it is not reading the entire form... only the submit button shows up.

This is currently a development site and is password protected but please provide an email address and I will share login with you so you can see the problem.

Thank you in advance!
