&#60;p&#62;If you're looking to add a background image to the form itself (aka the form fields are actually displayed on top of the image) you'll want to use CSS. Something along the lines of:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;pre&#62;&#60;code&#62;[css]
#gform_wrapper_1 { background: url(path/to/your/image.jpg) no-repeat; }&#60;/code&#62;&#60;/pre&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Be sure to update the '1' to the ID of your form.
