			<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm not sure what this is called, but I'm am looking for reap dance to be able to add more fields on demand.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;For example, I send out a survey that says list all the whatever's.  I might have two or three text fields for it, but if they have more, I would like them to be able to click &#34;add more&#34; and another field would appear, untill they are done listing whatever. Then have all of that information saved.&#60;/p&#62;
