Two sites on Bluehost were at 1.6.12 and running the mailchimp plugin. One Bluehost site is "stuck" not show updating options and the mailchimp plugin is asking for registration as described by Adam and David S. The other Bluehost site and another site I am using the same combo on a different host are both updating without problems.
