Each support call gets an #ID. So we would like to send the user that called a link to the URL with the form. (ex. <a href="http://www.thewebsite.com/supportform" rel="nofollow">http://www.thewebsite.com/supportform</a>)</p> <p>Since we are just using the one form for all our feedback, how do we generate a URL with the #ID from the call and then get it to appear in a hidden field when the user submits that form? </p>
