			<description>&#60;p&#62;Here is how I would do it.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Option 1&#60;br /&#62;
    a) Click on Notifications in your for creation area (Top of the page)&#60;br /&#62;
    b) Select Routing&#60;br /&#62;
    c) Add email addresses.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Option 2&#60;br /&#62;
Create an email account called &#60;a href=&#34;mailto:groupname@yourdomain.com&#34;&#62;groupname@yourdomain.com&#60;/a&#62; and set that as your contact email in your form than have that email forward to all of the email accounts you want in the group. If you are using Google Apps it can be handled in the Groups section.&#60;/p&#62;
