Yes, those are called section breaks and are included in Gravity Forms. You can add section breaks right in the form builder and title them just as you described.

Is it possible to place a form on a page in Worpress such that the form fields are organized into groups such that each group has a customized header? For instance: "Business info" followed by related form fields, then "personal info" followed by related from fields, then "Banking info" followed by related form fields.

I'm aware I can break a form up over several pages and accomplish this, but what if I want all form fields on a single page, and I still want the content organized in the way I desccribed?

Thank you!
