			<description>&#60;p&#62;I'd like to give instructions to people filling out the form, on how they can add a link.  If I try to post an example of the HTML code in the description, it just turns it into a hyperlink!  How can I post the code so it stays as &#34;&#38;lt;a href....&#34; etc.?
