The first fields I need to enter are the First, Middle and Last names...very preferably on one line. From reading the thread above, it looks like that is not an easy option. Middle names or at least initials are critical in this application because they help to differentiate the individual from others with the same first and last names, which is a common occurrence when doing a background search in the public records. Additionally, if you use a separate Single Line Field for each part of the name (First, Middle, Last), and if the name is required, then an asterisk will show beside each part of the name (First, Middle, Last), rather than just next to the word 'Name', like it does when using the Name field.
