Srage, I believe you can do what you're looking for by using the Gravity forms + Custom post types plugin...there's a section that allows you to (from the plugin's website) "You can also link a Single Line Text field to a taxonomy, so it can be used to input existing and new taxonomy terms."</p> <p>Not sure if that's what you're looking for or not, but it sounds like it might be if your taxonomies are NOT hierarchical.</p> <p>The problem I'm having is it doesn't work with hierarchical. Does anyone know of a way to make this work with hierarchical taxonomies? I'm using Gravity Forms to populate my custom post and one of the fields in the form is the Countries drop down listing those 5 countries as choices.</p> <p>How do I set up Gravity Forms so it will let a user add a NEW Country that is not one of the choices in the dropdown already? and at the same time update the taxonomy so next time someone fills out the form it will now have 6 countries and so on....</p> <p>thanks<br /> srage </p>
