			<description>&#60;p&#62;You don't have to use the drop down to select the custom field name, if it isn't showing up because it's in a custom post type OR it has an underscore in front of it then just select &#34;New&#34; and type in the name of the custom field.  It doesn't matter if it exists or not, selecting New will let you manually type in the name.

&#60;p&#62;I have a form which shows custom fields created in the usual way, but if I have custom fields within specific custom post types, it does not show them in the drop-down when trying to select an existing custom field.
