Some countries like Aruba are omitted from country lists depending on the source as they are constituent countries that are technically under another country (in this case the Netherlands). There isn't currently an easy way to do this and we can't push out an update just for this. We are using the default country dropdown to capture the users address, and it was brought to my attention that there is a problem with a couple countries.
