Gravity Forms doesn't have repeatable field sets yet. So you would start with a question like "how many of x do you want" if they select two, then you have fields that are set to only show when the choice is two. And so on and so forth to the four you mentioned. </p> <p>Hope that helps. At the end I want all this information to be collated together without the customer having to keep entering their details on a new form, is it possible at all to do this on Gravity forms and if so has anyone used it before?</p> <p>I have tried looking on the forums but I have not seen anything similar to this yet, can anyone help?</p> <p>Thank you </p>
