Thanks for the information Dana. I am thinking what I really need is a true membership plugin to do the things I need.

Hi, ckelsoe,

What you can do is add fields to the form which are "Admin Only". This will allow you to edit the data for the entry in the Forms Admin. These fields will NOT be visible on the form when the users fill it out, only in the backend and you can add whatever you need.

Let me know if you have questions.

Hi,

I am wanting to use the User Registration add-in. However, there are some additional fields that I want to maintain in addition to the user registration forms. In addition to the data collected by the form from the user I want to track things like the date they paid dues, what type of membership they have, etc. Is this something that is possible with Gravity Forms or will I need to look at membership plugins?

Thanks
