Some servers will reject email from various domains. It's not a problem with Gravity Forms but an issue with the configuration of the host. It sounds like you worked around the problem for now, but if you would like to look at it again, please see this documentation: http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Troubleshooting_Notifications

One of the suggestions is to use an authenticated SMTP server, with an SMTP plugin. That works around 99% of the restrictions your host may have for using their mail transfer agent.

Here's an update:

I've changed the address that the admin notifications go to, and it went through fine.

Any ideas as to what could be happening to the emails to the same domain as the site? Very bizarre.

Do you think it's related to the plugin?

Hello Everyone,

I am having an interesting predicament with the notifications for my form for a client site.

The site is http://welchlin.com/book-kit-welchlin/

When I submit the form, the response is sent to the submittor nearly instantly as expected. But the notification never arrives to the client, who has an email address on the same domain.

Any ideas?

The email is not in his spam filter.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

-Nick
