			<description>&#60;p&#62;I explained above.  If the custom field name begins with an underscore then it is considered a hidden custom field and won't show up in the list in Gravity Forms.  The solution is to select New and type in the custom field name.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Another thing to note is the list is also only going to show custom fields that exist in the post meta database table.  Until a custom field exists with a value in the database, it doesn't really exist.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Most likely because custom fields created using the plugin are hidden because they begin with an underscore (ex. _customname).  Custom fields that begin with an underscore are hidden by default and also don't appear in the custom field list.  If thats the case if you know the name you can select New and just type it in.
