Ok, thanks a ton for the info! Now to get to work on the post-processing. Maybe I'll look into developing a solution... Could be useful for the community. :)

The search function in the entries view is very basic and there is no way to extend it using any hooks or filters. To perform the searches you want, you can export all the entries with all the fields available, then do your processing in Excel or Open Office or Google Docs. Gravity Forms will collect the data but the post processing is up to you.

We are attempting to use Gravity Forms to create a user database for HR purposes. We're getting better with Gravity Forms and we still have some more questions.

We would like to be able to search through the records in our forms with more options than currently exist in the admin panel, and we'd also like to be able to export only those records that result from our search.

When viewing entries, there is currently the search field, but we'd like to add parameters to this search. When was the entry created? When was it last updated? Was it created between these dates? Those are the types of searches we'd like to be able to perform.

What recommendations do you have on this that could point us in the right direction?

Thanks!
