I had the exact same issue. I upped the server memory limit from 32M to 64M. Occasionally WordPress flubs the install and causes problems similar to this. And a first time install of GF. The only other plug-in I have installed is Event Calendar Pro by tribe.me.</p> <p>I am trying to create my first form and I can't add new items or even save the default 'untitled form'.</p> <p>I get these errors "Ajax error while adding field" or "Ajax error while saving form".</p> <p>I am running on a Mac using MAMP Pro I have my php.ini file set to 256MB. Latest version of WP and GF. </p>
