The issue is a blanket rule in your theme's stylesheet adding padding and margin to all list items. See line line 379 in
http://sec.powermediallc.org/wp-content/themes/Coach%20Associations%20Theme/style.css

To fix it, try adding this to your theme's stylesheet:

[css]
body .gform_wrapper ul li,
body .gform_wrapper ol li {
 margin: 0 0 0 0;
 padding: 0 0 0 0;
}

That took care of a lot of it for me. Screenshot: http://minus.com/lEszrClu3LTvq

Also, to ensure the form looks the same or at least similar across all browsers, work on validating your XHTML: http://validator.w3.org/ You'll have to remove the password, or view the source of the page after viewing it in your browser, then pasting that in to validate that code.

That's weird because it's fine in IE now, but screwed up in other browsers. I thought I solved the problem. I actually have other similar forms that have don't have any alignment issues. Here is a screenshot of it in IE:

http://i.imgur.com/IYDMHMi.jpg

Looks pretty good. To be honest with you, I've never had an issue with the theme before. It all started when I created a 4th column (in an effort to correct the problem I changed it to 3 column). Could the theme be a problem when it shows fine in IE?

Thanks for your help.

Well, I haven't checked it out in IE8 yet but your form doesn't look so hot in firefox either.

http://i.imgur.com/YpRiGAF.jpg

Does your form look right in the preview window? It looks like you've got some theme inheritance issues here to deal with.

I have a form that doesn't show properly in IE8. It should be noted that it works fine in other browsers. Parts of the form are set up with 4 columns (event, name, year and time), but only the event and first name appear...the last name, year and time are left out. Here is a link to the form.
http://sec.powermediallc.org/department-info/forms/entry-forms/winter/boys-swimming-championships/
It is password protected with ECADA12.

Please help.

Thanks.
