All forms that are created are put in the database in tables marked _rg_ . If all of your forms have vanished, then something has gone seriously wrong. Can you first try the following troubleshooting steps to confirm it isn't a plugin or theme conflict? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

Hi,
I would like to know how to get back my forms, suddenly all my forms have disappeared from my wordpress website. Neither my developer or myself have deleted them. I need to find out how to restore them and where did they go in the event someone deleted them. When a form is created, where is the physical file located, is it in the database or does it have a path somewhere in the hard drive? Please let me know as I'm in a bind for now.
If you need access to my wodpress I will be glad to provide you with this information.
