You can't automatically create a unique form with its own entries for each post created. Gravity Forms doesn't support this.

But would that just be the same form attached to every post?

I want the form for every post to be unique - is that possible?

You can add a form to the single.php file of your theme and then it would always be attached to new posts.

Hello, I'd like to know if I can do this before I make a purchase please:

I'd like to create a form that goes on the bottom of every post. Each form would be 4/5 drop down selectors but the content of each drop down could be unique to the post and could be edited on the edit post page by an Author.

Is this possible or would an Author need to create a form and then attach it to a post? I'd like Authors to not have to add the form to their post - so all they need to do is decide what form fields are displayed.

Thanks for your help
