When I was reworking the form, I deleted the Paypal Product field and replaced it with a normal field. So it wasn't queuing the redirect to paypal. Totally, 100% my error. It was working fine when I first built the form, but my client wanted me to change the price options from a dropdown to a radio button choice. Seems after I did that the form stopped working.
