			<description>&#60;p&#62;I know there are a couple really good threads on setting this up but for some reason it will not work. The best I can get is just the loading circle or the faded background to appear but not the gravityform which i have on a plain template.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also:&#60;br /&#62;
Do I have to call to all the .js and .css files it comes with?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Please help&#60;/p&#62;
