Yeah, I discovered that I was using the wrong widget. Using the official widget solved my problems -- thanks!

@curtbentley If you are using the Gravity Forms built in widget and not Yoast.com's 3rd party widget the widget settings would look like this: http://i.imgur.com/ri4zL.png

That's exactly what I'm looking for.

I'm using the default GF widget, but don't see any "advanced settings" option.

http://www.bentleybriggs.com/form-ss.png

Am I looking in the wrong place?

Looks like you've got some major alignment problems going on there besides your form.

screenshot: http://bit.ly/o1RJZ5

Are you using the default Gravity Forms widget, or the Yoast widget. The reason I ask is that the default form styles aren't being added. If you're using the default GF widget, make sure that you haven't disabled the script output in the advanced settings.

If you enable the default styles, you'll see that the formatting looks quite a bit better.

I'm sorry to post this, as I looked through forums for an answer but couldn't get anything to work for me.

I have a contact form I've included as a widget in my sidebar, and I'm just trying to make the form widths consistent. Basically, I want the two input forms and the text area to be the same width as the sidebar space. But I just can't get it to work. Any help is appreciated.

http://www.bentleybriggs.com

Thanks,

Curt
