This plugin looks great, I just want to make sure it can accomplish what I need...I would assume it can since this is pretty simple...

The features below are what I am looking for:

- create customized forms on posts/pages, mixing them with other content in the same area.

- save, view, query and output answers. Shortcode to output answers to other areas of the site. So when users answer a question, I can then output the answers somewhere so when that user logs back in they see their answer, a different user would see their answer, etc. Basically a variable/shortcode for answers to a question. I am not talking about if that user goes back to the form to see their answer, being able to use the answer elsewhere after submitted.

Example:
What is your favorite movie? ForrestGump for user A.
When user A logs in it says favorite movie = ForrestGump.

What is your name? Chris
When Chris logs in it says "Welcome Chris"

Hope that makes sense.

I am very excited to get started.
