It works great for me and the plugin author is quick to respond to questions. I use it for one off payments and I see that it has just recently been updated to allow for recurring payments also.</p> <p>It works out of the box but also has some filters for developers to utilise.</p> <p>You can install it and have a play as it has an option to use the eway sandbox / test environment. There is some doco with the plugin to help get started.</p> <p>Basically you just install the plugin, put in your eway customer number(or use their sandbox) and add the credit card field to your form. Done!</p> <p>Beware this doesn't use a shared payment api / hosted page. The customer never leaves your site so you will need the credit card field on your form and a ssl certificate is probably needed.
