The issue is your web server. The server is returning a 403 Forbidden error when the form action posts. See this screenshot: <a href="http://grab.by/ai4n" rel="nofollow">http://grab.by/ai4n</a></p> <p>This means your web server is refusing the post. This could be a mod_security firewall issue, a file permission issue or a web server configuration problem.</p> <p>The first thing I would suggest is making sure the file permissions for the wp-content/plugins/gravityforms folder and all of it's files and subfolders/files are set to CHMOD 755. </p> <p>You will need to contact your web host and explain to them what is going on. When the form is submitted the web server is returning a 403 Forbidden error. Stating: This page is used to test the proper operation of the Apache HTTP server after it has been installed.
